Staff Credentials
Sunshine believes the quality of care each client receives starts with having a dedicated caring staff. Since our clients invite our staff members into their homes on a daily basis, every staff member is thoroughly screened and approved before being hired. Some of the screening and training process for each field staff member includes:
- Two Reference Checks
- National Criminal History Checks
- CPR Certified
- Trained and updated on new and existing regulations mandated by the Indiana State Department of Health
- Ongoing Education
- Tested for Tuberculosis
